Bob Sherr

Bob's experience in corporate financial services, along with the independent leadership of managing his own firm, allows SFA to offer our clients, both individuals and institutional, knowledgeable and personalized service.

Bob is a:

  • Accredited Investment Fiduciary®

He is a member of the:

  • Financial Planners Association (FPA)
  • National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA)

Bob holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations and is a Registered Representative with Commonwealth Financial Network.

Bob is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and received his master's degree from New York State University at Albany. He is married and has three children. Bob has been a resident of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, since 1983.

Daniel Sherr

Daniel joined Sherr Financial Associates after launching his career with Penn Mutual. He received his BA degree from Merrimack College. As a collegiate football player, Daniel brings a strong work ethic and a competitive edge to service our clients. Daniel holds his Life, Accident, and Health and Annuity licenses. As our long-term care specialist, he also holds his CLTC and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. 

Daniel earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from NYU’s School of Professional Studies. He holds his 6, 7, 63, and 66 registrations and is a Registered Representative with Commonwealth Financial Network®.

Alexander Sherr

Alexander is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy. After graduation, he worked for six years with APM Terminals on both the East and West coasts where he managed container port operations. In 2014, Alexander made a career change and joined Sherr Financial to pursue his passion of helping others. He enjoys developing personal relationships with clients while helping them plan for a secure future. His ability to relate to others, strong work ethic, and competitive edge makes him a valuable asset to his clients and Sherr Financial.

Alexander earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from NYU’s School of Professional Studies, and he holds his Life, Accident, and Health and Annuity licenses. He has his Series 7 and 66 securities registrations (held through Commonwealth Financial Network) and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.
